We have recently added a new organisation to our Sri Lanka section, the National Peace Council (NPC). I took the opportunity to ask the Director of the NPC about the big debate in Sri Lankan politics at present - the 18th Amendment to Constitution, which has just been passed in Parliament. In this video, Dr Perera gives his perspective on the Amendment, and some of the dangers it represents.
