On the front line: responding to conflict in Lebanon

Decades of violent conflict and civil war have led to social and political fragmentation in Lebanon. The EU is supporting Lebanese civil society organisations in preventing conflicts and consolidating peace in the country. One such group supported by the EU is the Beirut-based Permanent Peace Movement.
