David Taylor is a Research and Policy Adviser at Impunity Watch, an NGO based in the Netherlands and with offices in Burundi and Guatemala. He also holds a research position at Maastricht University. He has experience conducting research in Burundi and Rwanda, with focus on impunity, transitional justice and the importance of grassroots perspectives in processes for dealing with the past.
