Sebastián Mutis Rosero is the coordinator of peacebuilding organisation Rodeemos el Diálogo in Nariño, Colombia and territorial councillor for peace, reconciliation and coexistence. He is a human rights defender with research experience in unarmed civilian protection and conscientious objection to military service. Sebastián has worked to strengthen the contribution of youth groups to peacebuilding in Nariño and other Colombian departments and has supported the work of the Colombian Truth Commission, including the dissemination of its final report and legacy.
