Action pour la Paix et la Promotion des Peuples Autochtones (APPPA) works for peace, conflict transformation, promotion of human rights, and peace between communities in DR Congo. It was established in 2010. Among it's achievements have been inter-community women leaders coming together to contribute to peace and reconciliation between the communities and indigenous peoples of North and South Kivu.
