The aim of Oštra Nula is to create active individuals who recognise the problems of others as their own, through street activities, public events, debates, discussions, film screenings, workshops and other training. It advocates for the equality of all citizens and participates in processes dealing with the past and peacebuilding. Since its inception, Oštra Nula has participated in large number of initiatives and organised activities together with other organizations and individuals, thus revealing a new image and potential of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
Its project activities are aimed at creating networks of communication and cooperation between young activists from throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially focusing on young people from the Republika Srpska. In the past three years, Oštra nula has been organising summer workshop entitled 'Weekend of Activism', dedicated to young people from BiH. The workshop includes a set of outdoor activities in a local park, the aim of which is to raise awareness and encourage participants to become actively engaged in social processes and political activism.
