Obaya Community Association (OCA) is a community-based organisation engaged in rebuilding the economic and social support networks of the people in Lira affected by the Lord's Resistance Army conflict. OCA supports communities with programmes to improve primary health care, economic empowerment, education, reconstruction, water and sanitation.
