Alejandro Posada-Téllez
Alejandro Posada-Téllez is a Member of peacebuilding organisation Rodeemos el Diálogo in the UK and a PhD candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford. His research explores how conflict-affected societies move from war to peace, and questions the ways in which states choose to address legacies of past violence. His work focuses on the recent transitional justice experiences of Colombia, Sri Lanka, Sierra Leone, and Northern Ireland. Alejandro teaches International Relations at Merton College and Jesus College (Oxford) and previously taught Security Studies at the University of Reading. He is also a Steering Committee Member of the Oxford Network for Peace Studies (OxPeace). Alejandro holds masters’ degrees from Sciences Po and the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree from SOAS, University of London.
