Dr. Bruce W. Dayton is Executive Director of the CONTACT peacebuilding program at the School for International Training in Vermont, and chair of SIT Graduate Institute master’s degree in Peace and Justice Leadership. He has been active in conflict transformation, crisis management, and leadership training for more than 20 years as a practitioner, researcher, and educator.
