Carolyn is Chief Executive and co-founder of Peace Direct. She gained a double first class degree from Cambridge University and a Masters in Development Economics at SOAS. She began her career in DfiD, joined the Cabinet Office Central Policy Review Staff and then became Chief Executive of the Foyer Federation. In 2003 she was awarded an OBE for services to young people.
