Louise Khabure is an independent consultant based in Nairobi, with experience across East Africa and the Great Lakes Region in conflict management, peacebuilding, political processes and negotiation, female empowerment and security sector reform. Louise has worked with many international and local organisations, including as a Central Africa Analyst for the International Crisis Group from 2008-2010, and has published widely on conflict issues. Having previously been a Research Fellow at the War Studies department at King’s College, London, she is currently pursuing an MA in Philosophy and Ethics at Strathmore University in Nairobi.
