Rashmi has over eight years of experience working in conflict prevention, disarmament and peacebuilding. She currently works as a Policy and Advocacy Research Coordinator with Handicap International (HI) based out of Brussels. Prior to HI, Rashmi worked with Search for Common Ground as a Youth in Conflict Expert and Trainer in Sierra Leone and as a Child Protection Coordinator in Nepal. She also spent a year in Uganda as a Development Officer for the UNESCO affiliated International Cultural Youth Exchange, UK. Rashmi holds a MA in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, the Hague and an advanced diploma in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham.
