Bénévolat pour l'Enfance is a non-profit civil society organisation created in 2006 in the province of North Kivu to alleviate to the suffering of children in particular, and all communities in general, following the humanitarian crises and armed conflicts that have affected the East of the DRC. It is authorised to operate throughout the DRC under the legal registration number F92/25.077 of the national Ministry of Justice. Bénenfance has more than 8 years of experience working with internally displaced persons and rural communities in particular in the context of emergencies, thanks to the support of its partners. It also has more than five years of experience in the fields of peacebuilding and the promotion of participatory governance.
