General Santos City-HTC (Holy Trinity College) Leo Club serves as an avenue for young leaders to create, innovate and initiate community outreach activities in line with the club's motto 'Leadership... Experience... Opportunity.' It was founded on March 25, 2015 and is sponsored by its mother club - the General Santos City Mt. Matutum Lions Club and Holy Trinity College of General Santos City.

The club works in five major areas:

• Peace education
• Environment
• Health services
• Literacy and culture
• Social services

The club's Committee on Peace Education is focusing on conflict resolution and peacebuilding through interfaith dialogues, symposiums and team-building activities inside and outside the school. The club is currently integrating the Peace and Leadership Education programme with the Literacy and Numeracy Programme which its major partner, the College of Teacher Education, is implementing in the adopted community of Holy Trinity College.
