Their programme on social harmony and peacebuilding is ongoing, with training activities for female students of high schools in Toba Tek Singh. Harmony Foundation has started an online radio show - 'New Global Harmony Radio' - which is in the process of test transmission.
Through its project 'May Peace Prevail in Pakistan', the organisation has installed more than 200 'peace poles' across the country, with the aim of installing 500 more. The peace poles are physical poles where people can post messages of peace, including the prayer 'Pakistan main aman qai ho' (May Peace Prevail in Pakistan).
The foundation also works in the areas of gender equality and human rights. The organisation implements projects on women workers’ empowerment through lobbying and advocacy, and legal support for women workers. To give one example, they have worked on the adoption of the code of conduct on sexual harassment in workplace in Faisalabad
