The Islamabad Institute of Conflict Resolution (IICR) is an independent, non-profit and nonpartisan think tank based in Islamabad. The Institute conducts independent research based on in-depth analysis in resolving the issues related to peace and conflict stricken stock at national, regional and international level.

The institution conducts independent analysis of conventional and non-conventional issues related to national and South Asian security including terrorism, violent extremism and other armed conflicts and their resolution and transformation. 

Other than organising seminars on India-Pakistan relations and security issues in Pakistan, IICR organised a seminar on the issue of the “role of women in conflict resolution” in 2014. The event was organised in collaboration with Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto University in Peshawar.

IICR has also been collaborating with Capital Development Authority for some trainings.
