The mission of Mindanao Dynamic Culture of Peace, (MIDCOP Inc.) is to work for justice, peace, gender and economic prosperity in Mindanao, especially among marginalised Bangsamoro communities.

MIDCOP conducts peace forums in various municipalities in Lanao del Sur to mitigate conflict. It serves as field coordinating center of the Mindanao Human Rights Action Center . The aim of the partnership is to monitor human rights violations, family feuds, and natural disasters in Lanao del Sur.

MIDCOP works on documentation and response actions on protection issues including human and children's rights violations in conflict affected and impoverished areas. It observes the UN Guiding Principle for Internally Displaced People to support community members' rights during displacement.

MIDCOP is involved in mitigating rido (or inter-clan feuds) and holding peace gatherings. It aims to increase public awareness to help restore camaraderie among community members. Engaged in conflict resolution, it facilitates and convenes meetings beween traditional leaders, prospective political candidates, religious leaders, women, farmers, local government units and communities in rido settlement. It helps people organise themselves and plan and develop conflict settlement work.

The group is also engaged in grass roots human rights advocacy. It works to support community participation in decision making, tasking, implementation and evaluation and monitoring activities to maintain peace and security.

MIDCOP has facilitated the settelement of various family feuds in coordination with non-state and state actors in partnership with The Asia Foundation (TAF), and the Department for International Development (DFID).
