PAAAVARF, with its mission to promote peace activities, stands against all forms of gender-based violence, child labour and human trafficking in Nigeria. Through sensitisation, intervention and awareness campaigns the organisation works with communities to build trust, foster peace and promote respect for human lives and dignity.
Peace Advancement Action Against Violence And Rape Foundation (PAAAVARF) was founded in February 2019 due to the increase of violence in our society ranging from the destruction of lives and properties Gender Based Violence, Child labour and human trafficking.
PAAAVARF, with its mission to promote peace activities, stands against all forms of gender-based violence, child labour and human trafficking has done so many sensitisation ,interventions and awareness campaigns in communities with its objective aimed at rebuilding trust, fostering Peace ,love ,care and respect for human lives and dignity.
The organisation has carried out Peace education ,aggressive campaigns against domestic violence and rape activities in communities known to be volatile with alot of restive Youths e.g gangare gada biu, dilimi tudun wada,Congo Russia Jenta Adamu, Angwan rukuba etc
Target groups are mostly youths women, and children and main focus of activities are in rural areas and communities.
Peace building activities :participation cut across ward heads, community leaders, Youth and women
These activities has impacted greatly with visible results of the communities embracing Peace dialogues and conversations.
PAAAVARF has also carried out Peace and Sex education programs in schools and shelter homes.
