InterConnections 21 was founded in 1998 in Wilson, WY. Our mission is to help US schools and communities, particularly in the Northern Rockies, learn about critical world concerns and take action. We give students and teachers opportunities to “think globally and act locally.”
Our activities include:
- Promotion of human rights, peace and democracy
- Teaching about the United Nations system and global issues
We also host a Speaker Series to bring awareness of pressing international topics to Teton County residents and promote a broadened sense of place in an increasingly interconnected world.
